Nexa3D QLS 230

The open platform selective laser sintering (SLS) 3D printer with the lowest cost for industrial application is the QLS230. Using a single 30 Watt CO2 laser, it offers a 24-hour cycle speed to create prototypes with reliable mechanical and thermal qualities.

Open Material Platform

  • The QLS230 now includes 10 certified nylon powders, including a variety of Polyamides, PP, PBT, and TPU, as well as the proprietary metal powders from headmade materials®, in addition to taking recycled powder from HP and EOS.

Intuitive Software

  • QLS230 is powered by two advanced software suites, Buildware, and XYZprint AMSLS. Buildware controls the sintering process while the XYZprint AMSLS allows users to start and monitor jobs remotely.

Cold Metal Fusion Compatible

  • The revolutionary Cold Metal Fusion technique by headmade materials® combines the benefits of quick cycle sintering with well-known powder metallurgy procedures to produce titanium and steel components. The QLS230 creates ‘green’ components in a low-temperature processing environment using a metal powder with a polymer coating. The residual polymer is subsequently burned off and the metal particles are fused together during a further debinding and sintering procedure to create the final metal components.
