Intuitive Software

  • Buildware and XYZprint AMSLS are two cutting-edge software packages that power QLS260, respectively. The sintering process is managed by Buildware, and users may initiate and supervise operations from a distance using the XYZprint AMSLS.

Cold Metal Fusion Compatible

  • The revolutionary Cold Metal Fusion technique by headmade materials® combines the benefits of quick cycle sintering with well-known powder metallurgy procedures to produce titanium and steel components. The QLS260 creates “green” components in a low-temperature processing environment using a metal powder with a polymer coating.
