xCURE

Precision Curing for Dimensional Accuracy and Structural Integrity
xCURE supports parts up to 16 liters in volume, with the capacity to hold up to three build plates simultaneously. It offers the flexibility to cure parts directly on the build plate or individually in a basket. The system optimizes curing through dual-wavelength LEDs, multi-build plate compatibility, and simultaneous UV and thermal processing. Its validated workflows ensure the ideal balance of temperature, UV wavelength, and material-specific settings, delivering perfectly cured parts with consistent mechanical properties and reliable performance.

Simply place your parts in the wash bin with IPA or xCLEAN solution for the cleaning cycle. Afterward, use the rotating turntable, LED arm, and reflective cover for efficient and thorough post-curing.

  • 5.5-liter desktop capacity
  • Magnetic agitator ensures even solvent circulation for consistent cleaning
  • Rotating base platform provides uniform light exposure for optimal curing
